We are pleased to welcome C.J. Quick, MEd., Assistant Director of Children’s Services at Communicare, Inc.. C.J. is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S) with nearly 20 years of experience serving children and families across outpatient, community, crisis, and residential settings. She is an experienced trainer and presenter throughout Kentucky, specializing in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, early childhood mental health, brain development, ethics, and professional self-care.

During this session, participants will:

• Recognize common signs of burnout in themselves and their employees
• Identify practical strategies to reduce stress and prevent burnout in the workplace
• Explore ways HR professionals can support staff well-being and promote resilience

This timely and practical session will provide actionable strategies HR professionals can immediately apply within their organizations to foster healthier, more resilient workplaces.
